This 3500+ sq ft. home, 20 years young has a 100' private sandy beach with outstanding views of Lewis Bay, Hyannis Harbor, and Nantucket Sound; watch the boats and ferries go by. Home includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths (master with jacuzzi) 10 rooms including living room, family room, dining room, den, and fully applianced kitchen (with dishwasher, disposal, and compactor). Home also has laundry and small office. There is a 50' waterfront deck on the first floor and three private decks on the second floor overlooking the ocean. The private beach is sandy, child safe beach. Email for further details. Amenities include Basketball area, and horseshoe pits. Location is unbeatable as the home is located close to sightseeing and island boats, a 5 minute drive to downtown Hyannis, home to many shops restaurants and sources of entertainment.

West Yarmouth is located on the south side or warm water side of Cape Cod. It is very close to Hyannis, home to many shops, tourist attractions, restaurants, and cape cod melody tent. It is also close to numerous high quality public golf courses, and it is also a short drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore. There are many attractions for children, as there are numerous public beaches, ZooQuarium, Bass River Sports World, miniature golf courses, etc. This is a very family oriented area, again our property is located on a very children friendly, warm water private beach.
