Year round 30 Ft. permanent camper situated on a gently sloping lot to the water on Secord Lake (no steps to climb), launch your boat or PWC right here. This property is located on a channel (no wake) that leads out to Secord Lake right where all the action is. All sports Secord Lake is over 2,000 acres with over 30 miles of boating, enjoy fishing, skiing, or just cruising. While your out you can visit the Lost Arrow Resort for fine dinning, Lakeshore Village Marina for Hot Dogs, Ice Cream, & Pizza delivered by boat, play on the 1 Acre ankle deep sand bar right around the corner, or if your an Fraternal Order of Eagles member, visit the finest club in Michigan, all accessible by boat or car.
Nearby State Land offers miles & miles of Hunting, Hiking, Snowmobiling, Motorcycle & ATV trails.
