The property offers nearby access to Lake Dunlap via public boat ramp and features a 20' pier for docking alongside as well. The huge green lawn perfect for BBQs or just relaxing...Bring your fishing gear! The grounds are landscaped and there are spots for outdoor cooking. Soaring Pecan, Oak and Cypress trees provide shade from the warm Texas sun! The house itself has a huge 400sf. deck.

Rockn'R river outfitters, New Braunfels' Landa Park offers a large spring fed and Olympic size pools, miniature train rides, putt-putt golf, tennis and basketball courts as well as Panther Canyon (a short hiking trail). Thank you for a great place to stay! This house fit our extended families needs. House was clean, kitchen had great supplies and having a laundry room was very helpful.

The only issue we had was that the description states sleeps 13 and well it does but one of the twins is a trundle bed and very hard to use...I wish this room had had two bunk-beds instead, would have made a great kids room. A gas grill would have been nice too instead of the charcoal one.

We would definitely rent this place again!
