ELEGANT LUXURY OCEANFRONT WITH PRIVATE POOL NEWLY REMODELED

I wanted to find an upscale vacation spot for my family that would accommodate small children, teenagers, young adults, middle aged and elderly travelers but with the caveat that it be accessible for an oxygen dependent guest. The beach house near Sebastian Inlet was perfect for our needs. It is a sprawling compound with the pool house, pool/hot tub, kitchen and main living area as well as walkways to a patio overlooking the beach all on one level with just a few steps to navigate for an oxygen dependent guest to be in the pool or relax steps from the ocean.

We banished the teenagers to the upper (third) level bedroom suite with it's own television where they could stay up late. The family with young children took the pool house for privacy and the convenience of the kitchen. The rest of us enjoyed the three second floor bedrooms, each having it's own unique decorating style. The master suite is fabulous with it's spacious closet, huge bathroom and reading area overlooking the ocean. The washer/dryer was handy for wet swimsuits, beach towels and the mound of clothing generated by two young children.

There is attention to detail throughout the home, such as an exquisite shell mirror in the powder room above a beautiful copper sink with dolphin shaped facet and handles. The granite countertops, elaborate ceiling fans, original island artwork, beautiful light fixtures and carved beds were appreciated by all. The game table, breakfast nook and dining room seating were all carefully chosen to be complimentary to one another in the island style and provided plenty of room for our crowd. At night we watched DVDs in the living room and enjoyed the sound system.

The boogie board for the beach and the noodles for the pool were convenient, as was the gas grill we used several times. The pool and deck chairs with tables and umbrellas were fully utilized. All our meals for the week were cooked in the kitchen with plenty of cookware, storage containers and utensils. The garage refrigerator/freezer stored additional food and drink to replenish the kitchen unit when needed.

During our stay we fished at the Sebastian Inlet Pier, rented a pontoon boat at the Sebastian Inlet Marina to access a spoil island in the Indian River, kayaked in the river, and toured local museums. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa, even the one year old who was so comfortable in the water he fell asleep in his great grandmother's arms in the pool. Memories for a lifetime!

Situated next to the ocean, this house is perfect! It is a condo, in name only! Pictures don't do this place justice! It is absolutely huge - the bedrooms are massive (and the master bedroom has the most fantastic bathroom!) and well laid out, without the typical beachhouse rental issue of thin walls and dinky bathrooms.

The patios off of the two bedrooms on the second floor offer an amazing view of the ocean (which, like I said, is only a few feet away!) and the two tier deck to the beach is lovely for sitting and watching the ocean/family swim.

The kitchen is huge and well equipped with modern and great working appliances (I wish I had a fridge that nice at my home!) and I had no problem finding the plates and glasses. I've stayed at other beach rentals and have found the kitchens only equipped with one bowl and a broken spatula, so it was great to finally find a place with a kitchen where I can actually cook!

The pool was relaxing and perfectly clean when we showed up and the jacuzzi was the perfect temperature for the chilly ocean breeze at night!

It was a great stay and the owners were great about getting back to me about everything, I would highly recommend this place (but not on the weeks I want to come back!!).

This is a fabulous property. It is high-end with great furnishings. Very secluded beach with beach accessories already there (towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys). It takes less than a minute to walk from the back door to the beach! Memorial weekend - we enjoyed watching surfers but had plently of space. The rest of the week, we had over a mile of beach to ourselves. Pool, Spa, TV's (6), Fridge's (3) and A/C unit's (4) all worked great. There are all sorts of games to play too - checkers, yatzee, puzzles, twister, cards etc..
Area attractions - Disney 1.5 hours (my kids took a day trip). Three parks within 3 miles of the property. McCarty Treasure Museum is 4 miles (very cool). Restaurants 20 minutes South to Vero Beach or 20 minutes North to Melbourne. Grocery store 10 minutes North and a convenience store 1 minute (ice, beer, bread, etc..) Their is also a restaurant at the convenience store (breakfast and lunch but we ate those meals at the house).
Our property manager was a pleasure to deal with. She is very professional and easy to work with. Cleaning crew, gardner and pool guy were awesome too! I reccomend going to house before you go to the store as there are spices, seasonings, etc already there. We will definitely go back - this is truely a 5 star rental experience.
