Kaanapali Royal H301 is located on the sixteenth fairway of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, at the heart of Kaanapali Resort Row. Two Bedroom, Two Bath 1600 Square Feet, top floor unit on the sixteenth hole of the Kaanapali North Golf Course. Unit has ocean view of Lanai and Molokai. Five minute walk to Whaler's Village with all the shopping, restaurants, and the best beach in Maui.

The downstairs entrance takes you into the living area including a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and laundry with washer/dryer. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo. You will spend all your time on lanai enjoying the great view and absorbing the Hawaiian experience. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a full bathroom downstairs.

We just got back from staying in H301 and it was perfect for our family. THe condo had all the kitchen things you could ever need. The beds were comfortable....great linens and towels. The unit was clean and kid friendly. We walked to Whalers Village every day. The pool was perfect for us. Highly recommend this condo.

We were beyond impressed with the high standard of this condo. It was like a home away from home, which is exactly what we wanted after travelling a long way. Spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean & bright, conveniently located. All the mod cons, all very well maintained & presented. Loved the L'occitane products - what a nice touch. Great location. Loved relaxing on the large balcony, great views. Would definitely book this condo again (hoping to get back to Maui asap - we loved it!!). Thanks KBM!!

This condo needs a thorough cleaning. We had to clean the kitchen and bathrooms before we felt comfortable using them. Grime on the light switches, hand prints on the walls, stained furniture, mold was visible in one of the bathrooms and in one of the kitchen cupboards. Even the surface cleaning wasn't well done. We didn't use the A/C because the vents were filthy. We did like the location and the size of the condo but won't recommend it because of the uncleanliness.

We stayed at unit H301 from late Nov to Dec 8, 2009. I can't say enough about our vacation and the beautifully appointed unit. The unit had everything my family and I could ask for and the owners were fantastic to deal with. We've stayed at the Ka'annapali Royal before however this was one of the best units we've encountered. From the Royal's central location, it was easy to take in different parts of the island or walk to Ka'annapali beach. We especially liked having the BBQ on the lanai which made enjoying the wonderful sunsets over Lanai while cooking dinner extra-special. We would love to return and would definitely stay here again.
