Holly greeted us at the garage and showed us nothing but the best hospitality I have experienced this side of the Mississippi. The condo was just around the corner from a fabulous sushi stop, 3 bars, a high class dining experience, and the cheapest and best tasting breakfast imaginable! We didn't move the car except to pick up a few groceries at the Ralph's, which Holly lent us her discount card, which is about a block away. I was with 2 other young couples and we had plenty of space and attractions to keep us wanting to stay even longer!

My son and I just returned from San Diego this past Saturday after spending a week at Sea the Sea condo's.
from 9-12 thru 9-17 2009.
Our host Holly Bertz couldn't have been more accommodating. The unit was just as it looks in the photos and was extremely clean and well maintained.
We didn't see one bug the whole time there.
It's convenient to so many restaurants, the beach, and shops, you don't need a car.
Holly provides everything you'll need for both the unit, and the beach. She even had chairs and a boogy board which made my son very happy.
If you want a great place to stay, this is it!!
I would highly recommend this property and hopefully, we will return next year for another great stay.

Piece of Heaven

Our "little piece of heaven" on the beach was better than described. It was very clean, comfortable and the view and sound of the ocean was perfect.
Holly was a very gracious host and provided us with numerous helpful ideas including coupons. We had only booked the condo for 3 days, but it was so lovely that we stayed another day and we can't wait to go back.
There are many restaurants within walking distance and also a very nice grocery store.
A short drive up the coast to the "Seal Beach" was very enjoyable.
I would defintely recommend this condo to all my friends and family and would like to again thank Holly for all she did for us.

We just returned from staying at this condo. It was incredible. The location is perfect, you can walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The view from the condo is amazing. The condo is everything promised and more.
