For a great base for your Mickey Adventure come and stay in our beautiful lakeside villa. Only 10 minutes from Disney World Gates and set in a quiet, small gated community. After a fun-filled day return to a tranquil retreat overlooking conservation woodlands and a natural lake. Take in the view from our South facing pool & spa or from the balcony. You could even try catching a fish from our new fishing deck! In the pool-side Family Room you can watch a DVD on our 52 inch cable TV or spend some quiet moments in our formal lounge area whilst the kids (of all ages) play pool, air hockey, Foosball or PS2 games in the games room. The comfortable main bedrooms will ensure you are rested for the next day and the Pirate & Mickey themed rooms will fire younger imaginations! Only 3 minutes away you will find local shops and eating establishments. Excellent Villa for a family vacation

We just returned from a family get together during the week of Christmas, and found that villa to be very comfortable for 11 adults. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet very accessible to the parks and amenities. The lake adds to the charm of the villa, with incredible views from the master bedroom when you wake up in the morning. The villa is well appointment, and we found the starter pack to be more than adequate. We would recommend this villa to our friends.

Great Place

This was a very nice home with plenty of room. The kids could play in the game room while the adults could watch TV in the family room or just relax and read in the formal living room. The welcome pack provided was a very nice touch. We have stayed in at least 4 or 5 other homes and not one had left a welcome pack which was a big plus considering we drove in and didn't arrive until 3a.m. The welcome pack kept us from having to run out in the morning to buy food. Paul, who is the manager was very helpful. There were 2 couples and having 2 master suites was a plus also. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was also great-close to Kissimmee and all of the attractions. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Amazing Home - Location - Views - Wildlife

The experience with this house is so amazing that I do not even know where to start off. Kim will provide an incredible amount of first-class service! Once you enter the grated community, you enter this magical world of seclusion and lush tropical lake views that is peaceful. The cul-de-sac is amazing The house is huge!!!! And looks amazing from the outside.

You will feel the great service and care that Kim and the property management has taken... updated furnishings, games in the rec room, ample towels and dishes, even fishing poles and lures to start trying to catch the big one that kept getting away in the lake. The Jacuzzi was refreshing after a long day, the pool heated to a great temperature, the TVs throughout most all the rooms allowed us all to spread out and enjoy the size of this home. There was a library of books, CDs, pool games, CD player, something for everyone.

I could go on forever describing how good this house is! It sets an amazing mood for any family on vacation and should be your number one choice in an Orlando home away from home. This is my fifth vacation home rental in Orlando and by far has exceed the others. My family will definitely rent again from Kim and you can’t go wrong with this great home in a great location with superior appointments.

And when Kim says your security deposit will be returned quickly, she was serious. We had our deposit returned within two weeks after we checked out. What a great testimony for the level of service and commitment that she says. Thanks! We'll be back again next year.

Wow, what an absolutely gorgeous piece of property. The pictures you see on this website don't give this place the justice it deserves. All guests in our party were very impressed with everything this vacation home offered. I know for a fact that I will stay in this home again if at all possible.

A Mickey Pleasent Adventure

As a party of 9 this house was of more than ample room, the facilities were great, built in storage in each room, TV’s in all bedrooms. The house was clean and well presented, just what you need following a long flight.
This is the second time to this great resort and had gone to great trouble to try to find the owners of this house as we admired it from the neighbouring house in a previous year.
The pool is of a good size and with a pleasant range of depth meaning it wasn’t ever cold. We spent each morning watching the fish and other varieties of wildlife from the deck, the children not knowing what to expect each day! The addition of the PC and internet connection allowed us to email pictures home and check park times. We found we loved the gated secluded end of cul-de-sac location which is deceptively only minutes away from all the facilities you could require, food, shopping, parks, etc.
Nearly one year on and our children are asking “when can we return to our holiday home?”
We have recommended this to friends who visited in Jun 2008 also.
We can’t wait to go back!
