  • MILITARY RATES AVAILABLE!!!
  • There will be an additional premium of $150 per week during Christmas week, New Years Day Week, as well as, President's day week. Please note that as of March 2007 there is a 7% resort tax added to all Villa rates. A cleaning fee is required.
  • The above rates are separated by time of year. If you would like to discuss additional days or monthly rental, please feel free to call me.
