Large bedroom with queen size bed / Small bedroom with double bed. Den sleeps two. All new appliances. Backyard for complete privacy. Front Screen Porch facing Indian River. Located 7 miles north of Sebastian Inlet, Famous for Surfing & where the fishing is always great. Close to restaurants, beaches and boat rentals. Island exploration is very popular. You can park your boat and explore all the many barrier islands in the Indian River Lagoon. You will see Dolphins & Manatees up close. They are all around these waters. Bring your family, friends, boat and enjoy the sunrises in a tropical setting. We are also only 60 miles south of Orlando Disney World Theme Parks. We also rent out a small one room/bath efficiency right next to this Vacation cottage for those who travel with someone who needs their own space.
