This house is just feet from the water on the main channel of the lake. It is located at the 39 mile marker by water and close to restaurants, pubs and, as is the tradition at the Lake of the Ozarks, great fishing, boating and skiing. It is only a couple of paved miles from Sunrise Beach and the village of Laurie which puts you close to even more restaurants, shopping a movie theater and golf. The home has 1+ bedroom (remodeled 2007) with a full size bed, a sun room with a full size bed and additional accommodations for up to 6 total guests. There is a 10' X 20' covered boat slip and an attached swim dock. This property is new to CyberRentals in May 2006. Pets accepted with prior approval. Non smoking property. Five minutes from town, shopping, restaurants, movies, golf.

This was our first trip to the Lake of the Ozarks. That in itself is an incredible experience. I have seen many lakes but none like this. This small home was impeccably clean, and fully equipped. While it is small, for two to four persons it is perfect. Only one small bath, but that is totally remodeled. The only problem was a very slow drain in the kitchen sink, which was reported to the manager. I would highly recommend this wonderful home for the great location, private dock, and modern upgrades.
