Cozy New Hampshire get-away aging cottage in the woods with wrap-around deck overlooking beautiful, peaceful, lake and hills of the Ossipee Mountain range. Sleeps 3-4, well-behaved pets welcome. Great views of lake, woods, mountains and local wildlife. Secluded shoreline and beach area with dock, swim float, canoe, rowboat and fire-circle. Excellent fishing, stargazing, hiking, bird-watching, and delicious water from our artesian well. One mile by gravel road off of NH route 25. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy being close to nature. We do have a small non-cable DVD player but you don't need to plug it in, there's lots of other things to do, or not to do.

Our cottage is on Lee's Pond, located between Lake Winnepesaukee and Squam Lake. It is surrounded by the clear air and natural beauty of lake, woods and mountains. The NH Loon Center is located just off the far side of Lee's Mill Pond - it can be reached by a 20 minute canoe ride and short walk from our cottage. There are wonderful hikes and adventures to take in our local area. In addition the NH White Mountains and National Forest are less than 45 minutes away by car.

We are seeking responsible individuals who appreciate natural beauty and are comfortable with modest accommodations. This is a 1960s cottage in a very lovely and remarkably private location, right on Lee's Pond, flanked by mature evergreens, white birches, and granite boulders. It does not have the spit and shine of a modern cottage but has all the essentials for a comfortable get-away or private retreat. Please email us and talk with Donna for more information.
