This is a great house walk 200 yards to the beach, clamming, fishing and picnic. Close to town and the excellent restaurants of Nantuckets, close to Miacomet Golf, Tennis and great shopping. Large decks with gas-BBQ, overlooks the robust Roses spilling out of the garden, which is home to many birds. Another front deck overlooking the ocean down our road, excellent sunsets and start gazing into the Nantucket skies. Listen to the waves break as you relax on the faraway island!

The garden and backyard are surrounded by private hedges giving you a privacy and playing area ideal for kids seeking a refuge from the beach. The gorgeous gardens bloom throughout summer with fragrant New Dawn climbing roses and wild Rosa Rugosas abounding, with daisies and lilies galore. The large outdoor decks offer a great break to get fresh air and grill your freshly caught fish or other bbq. Watch the sunset while you enjoy a glass of the owner's complimentary wine. Star-gazing at night is amazing with clarity like no place else.

Wonderful family home close to the beach

This home is as comfortable as can be with a great yard for my kids to play in, and four bedrooms and baths. We arrived and met Jim the caretaker, a New Englander who has lived on the island for more than 20 years now, and a welcome letter with a bottle of the owners wine.

the house has the living space upstairs, with gorgeous ocean views and the bedrooms downstairs, We sat on the deck watching the sunset, enjoying our wine and waited for our dinner to warm. The kitchen is modern with all the conveniences of home. We started a fire as the air cooled at nightfall and enjoyed a meal with the crackle of a fire.

The sunset lingered for quite a while and then the stars came out! what an incredible show. I cant wait to go back!
