Lots to do

The property is well kept and convenient to shopping, restaurants, biking and hiking. We were able to bike along the canals and hike in the Phoenix Preserve

Highly recommend renting this place, feels like home, safe and quiet area. Frank and Caroline are wonderful people and very accommodating!! Really loved my stay here and kinda sad to leave!!!

Beautiful area for a vacation

The condo was clean, airy, quiet and has a very comfortable patio. It is close to stores and the Phones Mt. Preserve where we enjoy daily walks

very very clean, nice and great location easy in and out reccomend it highly

found home to be in excelent location very well kept and very well equipped. views great garage easy to use onlu thing I would ask is they put a tv in master beroom upstairs . not a deal breaker but would be nice and cost today very little the one downstairs works great thanks Frank for a great two weeks. Rich

I live in Reno NV and spend 2 months a year at the Condo. Phoenix is a wonderful place to visit and the activities available are endless. My daughter is a pediatric plastic surgeon at the Mayo and I come to Phoenix mostly to spend time with her

Why they chose this property

Located Across the street from the Biltmore Hotel in a Gated community with two tennis courts, two pools and sauna. Hike from the front door to Squaw Peek or Bike along the canal and then swim in the pool. More great restaurant's than I can list.
