This new to market condo is a stunning renovation on a quiet side street on the east side of the town center - just a half block to the bay beach and a two minute walk to the center of town. The top-of-the-line, two-story unit has 1350 sq. feet of living space with central a/c, one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. The living room/dining area has cable TV, DVD/VCR/stereo, and a gas fireplace. Dining for up to 8 people is available inside the unit, as well as outdoor dining for 10 people on the private patio/grill area. The second floor exclusive use deck has lounge chairs for sunbathing. The upstairs bedrooms have cable TV with DVD/VCR, and lots of clothes storage. All of the appliances, fixtures and furnishings are new. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker. There are two full baths - one with a jacuzzi tub. Incredible location! Tucked away on a quiet East End side street between Commercial and Bradford. Public access beach is 1/2 block away from the house. It is a 5 minute walk to the center of town, close to galleries, restaurants and bars.

  • Checks & Credit Cards are accepted. Security deposits must be in the form of a check and must be received 30 days before check-in.
    - Check-in time is Sunday at 3 pm; check out is 10 am the following Sunday
    - Refunds (less a 15% administrative charge and any difference in rental) will be made if the property is re-rented during the period booked.

Notes: The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, and is fully stocked to prepare gourmet meals. There is an outdoor dining area that seats six at one table and four at another. Inside, the dining table is a gate leg folding table that is always set for two people, but each leaf folds up and can accommodate up to eight people. The upstairs private deck has a table with seating for four, and two lounge chairs for sunbathing. There is driveway parking for one car - the parking space can accommodate a car or regular sized SUV - the space is not large enough for Oversized SUVs (Suburban, Expedition, Hummer, etc.)

This property is exactly as it is described on this site. It was clean, inviting, tastefully decorated, and had all of the conveniences of home. It had great private outdoor spaces for grilling, dining and late-afternoon cocktails. The furniture is functional and comfortable (the bed in the master is large and comfy!), and it is supplied with every imaginable thing you would need to host friends and family. The owner's attention to detail is evident throughout house and the rental process. I'm renting again next year!

Cannot Wait To Come Back!

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We were all so comfortable. The beds were great. We spent many hours sitting out on that upstairs deck. The location was perfect. Right near Commercial Street and the bay. The Wired Puppy down the street was very convenient. The mix CDs and board games made the house so personal, our own home for the week.

We loved the location and how well kept this unit was. The patio and balcony seating areas were wonderful as well as how cozy the unit was.

Cozy, charming, clean and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located. The owners take excellent care of their property and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The unit has everything you need. The patio on the first floor is great for a romantic breakfast or barbecue dinner. Upstairs there is another deck for sunning or reading that novel you have been meaning to get too.

Just Perfect

My niece and her partner were married last weekend in Provincetown. Our family flew in from all parts of the country and several of us rented homes for our families. Compared to the other places my brothers/sisters rented, this was by far the best of the three different houses. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and included every imaginable convenience. The house was comfortable and large enough for us to host our families and it had everything that we needed. It was the same price range as the others, but a much better value. The owner was very efficient, and renting his home was seamless. I have been back home for four days and I already have my security deposit back. I look forward to coming back to stay here, and I would recommend this property to family and friends without hesitation.
