Come experience the sun, sand, sea and shopping all within walking distance. This is a nicely furnished, comfortable, bi-level ranch, with all the amenities. This home is truly the perfect retreat to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy yourself. A short walk, 4/10 of a mile, to Earle Road Beach on Nantucket Sound, with parking, bathroom facilities, lifeguards and frequent visits from the ice cream truck. You are also within 1/2 of a mile to great shops and restaurants, or amusements for the kids including miniature golf, bumper boats, trampolines, batting cages, and go-carts. The Cape Cod bike trail is only minutes away.

Harwich is located at the beginning of Lower Cape Cod. It is ideally situated for day trips throughout the Cape. It is located on Nantucket Sound, with beautiful beaches, scenic harbors and lovely tree-lined streets. The house is short walk, 4/10 of a mile, to Earle Road Beach and is within 1/2 of a mile to great shops, restaurants, or amusements for the kids. These include miniature golf, bumper boats, trampolines, batting cages, and go-carts. The Cape Cod bike trail is only minutes away. There are also many art galleries and antique stores throughout the villages of Harwich and a Junior Theater with shows all year long.

Notes: Enjoy two full floors of living space all beautifully situated on a 1/2 acre of manicured lawns and lovely plantings with a fully-fenced private back yard that includes outdoor furniture, a stainless BBQ grill, shade trees, hammock, and even a sandbox for the little ones. The adults can play in the lower level game room which includes a pool table, darts, Plasma TV with surround sound, fireplace, and a full kitchen. The lower level also has additional sleeping space and a full bath. The main floor offers a large, open, serene living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room leading to an expansive deck with a teak patio set that overlooks the yard. There are 3 lovely bedrooms and two full baths including a master suite with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Linens are available however tenants are responsible for cleaning them before departure.
