The 3 mile long Glen Lake is the home of this waterfront cottage. We are a short drive from exit 20 off Interstate 87. We offer comfortable accommodations for six. There is a full kitchen and a large screened in front porch overlooking the lake with gorgeous views of the nightly sunset. Other amenities include a boathouse with a row boat, paddle boat and dock space for additional boats. Glen Lake offers excellent fishing and boating. You can also enjoy swimming at our sandy beach. The cottage is fully furnished along with cable TV, linens and kitchen supplies to name a few. We are located minutes from Lake George, 30 minutes to Saratoga (horse racing track and Racino), close to numerous shopping outlets, a bike trail to Lake George and Fort Edward and the Great Escape Amusement Park is so close you can practically see it. A place to get away and still be close to everything you want and need.

We cannot accommodate pets, so please do not ask !

Several grocery stores also close by. Less than a mile to the bike trail from Lake George to Fort Edward (walk/bike/rollerblade).

I can not thank the Ogdens enough for sharing their " CAMP" as they called it with my friends and I. Although the home was older and more of a cabin then house, it was spotless, well maintained and very well appointed. We wanted for nothing and the house was comfortable from the beds to the chairs. The view was spectacular and the front
porch was the perfect place to spend an evening with friends or in my case the early morning over coffee with 20 or so geese. Thanks Again

We stayed here for a week in July last year and our stay was great. We didn't want to leave after our week was done. The place is very cozy and well maintained. It was also very clean. The owners are very nice and make you are enjoying your visit. The lake has great fishing and there are a couple of boats provided by the owners to use. The house has a nice front screened in porch just off the kitchen and living room. Our family can't wait to stay here again this year.

Older cottage with lots of homey touches. Everything you could need is here. The owners are lovely people who were very helpful. We were there during a heat wave, so the upstairs bedrooms were not very comfortable for sleeping, although I am sure they would be fine under normal circumstances. The waterfront was very nice, with convenient docking; however, there was a fee for launching at the other side of the lake.
We did not find any local restaurants that we really liked, but did not try that many. Good shopping and ice cream on the way to Lake George Village.
I would recommend this property for anyone, especially families with children. Excellent location- close enough to get to tourist attractions if you want them, but away from it all if you like that.

great place to stay. House was clean and comfortable.
The owners introduced themsleves and were very nice people. We chatted with them on several occasions.
I highly recommend this property for a vacation stay.
We booked our 2010 stay before we ended our 2009 stay.
That's how much we liked this camp.

This was such a relaxing vacation. The house was exactly as described. The living room is nicer then pictured. It was a charming old cottage by the lake. Lovingly well maintained and extremely clean. The owners were attentive to our needs and gave us their gift of hospitality. We loved the screened in porch. The lake was beautiful.
Suggestion - A table on the porch that can become smaller if wanted. Turn the glider chair on the porch to look directly at the lake.
We loved the cottage, and can't wait to come back next year,
