Guana Kai, minutes from historic St. Augustine, is a 6 bedroom, 4 bath home that can easily accommodate 14 people. It is a beautiful getaway, luxuriously decorated, and lovingly cared for, Guana Kai is perfect for either all adults or families with children to enjoy the greatest vacation yet! Spacious family room and dining room have ocean view with upstairs deck, wet bar, fireplace, and is open to large kitchen with a buffet bar and all the conveniences of home. Bedrooms include three king beds, one queen, one full, and a bunk room with four twin beds. There is a game room with a pool tables, wi-fi internet access, DVD/VHS, a computer, and free continental phone calls plus much more. The house has a walkway that leads from the deck over the dunes and right to the beautiful beaches of South Ponte Vedra. Don't forget to ask about our optional membership to the Serenata Beach Club, located just 2 miles from the house.

Yet, you are a 10 minute drive from the many attractions in St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra, including golf, great restaurants, shopping of all kinds, boating, touring, eco-tourism, and more. Day trips to Disney, Marineland, Daytona Speedway, and Cape Kennedy are all easy to accomplish.

  • The master bath has a separate shower, large tub, and double vanity. The other main level bath has a tub/shower combination and opens between two bedrooms and also from the main living area. The lower level bath has a large step-in shower; it opens into the hallway so is easily accessible from the downstairs bedrooms and the game room. There is another bathroom off one bedroom downstairs, so that room works as a second master suite. All four bathrooms have recently been updated and offer a higher vanity and custom tile. We also have an outdoor shower on the upper level deck for rinsing off sand and salt water.

My family and I vacationed here in late November 2008 for a small family get together for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we had the best time. First of all the views are magnificent, the home was well equipped with everything we could have wanted and the layout of the home is wonderful because it allowed three families to be together but have an opportunity to allow some privacy. It's perfectly situated outside of the congestion of town but close enough to everything, especially downtown St. Augustine. The owners were wonderful to work with, very flexible and were accessible enough to assist us if needed. If we decide to vacation in that area again we would definately go back!
