Wonderful vacation home!

We just had a wonderful vacation! The home is right on the beach - just walk out the back deck which has shower, lounge chairs, high table and chairs plus dining table - and you're on the sand. The home has everything you would need for a vacation - beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas. The kitchen is stocked with spices and really enough cookware, servingware and dishes/utensils for the 14 people that it sleeps - just bring your food. Although the kitchen is the only room in the house that hasn't been renovated, it still was very functional and everything was clean and appliances all were up to date. There is even a grill. Laundry facilities are excellent and the owners even provide detergent and dryer sheets. There are more than enough bath towels, beach towels, pillow, sheets, and blankets for everyone. The jungle themed room with 4 twin beds was a real treat for the kids. The adults had great fun playing pool and darts. The house is very clean and so roomy. Between the kitchen table and dining table there is plenty of room for everyone to eat. All of the house's amenities were well taken care of and the bathrooms have all been renovated. The views are incredible and location is excellent with some restaurants and grocery store within 10 minutes. The house is also very close to historic St. Augustine which was a fun outing when we needed a break from the beach. No need to go anywhere though as this house has it all. I would absolutely return to this house for a future vacation!
