This two bedroom condo located in the gated Cowpet Bay West Community was fully renovated in 2007 and has been regularly updated since. Includes CDs, DVDs, 3 Flat Screen Tvs w/DVD and Bose Sound System w/IPOD Docking. Beautiful Cowpet Beach is just steps from your door. Relax in your beach chair with a good book, Lounge by the pool, play Tennis or enjoy volleyball and available water sports. Dine in the comfort of your condo in central air conditioning or outside on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view and trade winds. For the 2011-12 season two new restaurants have opened on our beach The Caribbean Fish Market for fine dining and Sangrias for more casual fare. There is a supermarket 10 minutes away, The Ritz Carlton with its restaurants,shops and spa is a 5 minute walk. A five minute cab ride takes you to Red Hook, where you will find many more fine restaurants and the 10 minute ferry ride to St. John Where you can explore another of the Virgin Islands.

This rental property was awesome, much more than we expected, I just wanted to stay there and enjoy the days--beautiful views, incredibly well appointed kitchen, very confortable beds, beautiful floors and decor. The pictures on this site do not do the place justice, the facilities are much nicer that they look in the pictures. We really enjoyed the stay there, and the property manager, Carol, was so helpful and nice. This was our first visit to St Thomas and I am sure we will be back and we will stay in this property-hopefully.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Our first visit to St. John, and were fortunate to stay at Chris and Meghan's condo - Crowe's Nest. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We found it very comfortable. Enjoyed the use of the included broadband WIFI! Aand the three LCD TVs. It was just 5 minute to the gorgeous sandy, sunny and palm- shaded beach on Cowpet Bay, where we spent a lot of time!. Many excellent restaurants in nearby Red Hook; and very convenient to the Rwd Hook ferries to St. John and BVIs. Very highly recommended for up to 5 people.

We've stayed at Cowpet many times. So, we're familiar with the area and units. Crowe's Nest is by far one of the nicest units we've stayed in. Very nicely decorated and furnished. We had everything we could think of in the kitchen. Perfect veiws of Cowpet Bay. The east end of St. Thomas is where all the nicest resorts, rentals, and beaches are located.

I recently returned from a vacation trip to St. Thomas. We stayed at Crowe's Nest unit located on the west side of Cowpet Bay. The East end of the island has the most desirable rentals, beaches, hotel resorts, and activities. We've rented at Cowpet before. Crowe's Nest is by far the best unit we have stayed in. Very well managed. This property is perhaps one of the best furnished and decorated priviate / codo rental we have stayed at. If you're looking for a safe and family oriented area , I highly recommend this property.
