Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this 2 bedroom duplex apartment right next to the golf course at Son Parc (with tennis courts). The most beautiful beach is a short walk away with its extensive sands and shallow clear water - perfect for safe swimming, snorkelling and other water sports. The apartment has reserved parking and is fully equipped for up to 6 people, including TV/video (including Free View satellite TV with all BBC and ITV channels); CD Player, DVD, safe, fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine, patio with BBQ and sun-loungers. There is a large swimming pool shared by other private apartments.

Son Parc is on Menorca's north coast, a 20 minute drive from Mahon airport. The duplex apartment is next to the island's only golf course (with tennis courts) and is a short walk from the most beautiful sheltered beach with shallow water and extensive sand dunes. During the high season (May-Oct) all local facilities are open; during the low season (Nov-Apr) Son Parc is tranquil, peaceful and quiet, although restaurants and other facilities are easily accessible in other larger places nearby like the market towns of Es Mercadal, Allaiors and Ferriers. Further away are the main towns of Mahon and Cuitadella. El Toro (highest hill with monastery) overlooks Es Mercadal; ancient burial sites abound. Activities nearby include golf, tennis, pony trekking, swimming/snorkelling/boats and walking.

  • No price increases for new season.

    Holidays which cross over different price periods will be charged pro-rata for the days taken in each period. Prices are based on 6 visitors. £100 deposit needed to secure booking.
    £100 deposit (refundable) needed against damages during the stay. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be settled in full. The apartment is non-smoking and we ask guests to respect this preference. A cot and high chair can be made available for a small extra charge - please bring your own bedding.
    Obviously you will need to make your own arrangements for flights and transfer from the airport - most people hire a car.

Golf and tennis on the doorstep.: The apartment shares a large pool with its private neighbours. It is on the golf course (currently 15 holes) which is open all year and also has 2 tennis courts. We have a card giving 20% discount off fees etc and there is a set of golf clubs in the utility room.. It is only a 20 minute flat walk (5 minute car drive) from the beach - clear, shallow water ideal for children, wind surfing and snorkelling. Lovely area for walks. Pony trekking is available nearby.

Locally: Son Parc is small and low key - there is a holiday complex with its own entertainment in Son Parc centre, but the apartment is in a very quiet area. Hiring a car is strongly recommended - anywhere on the island can be reached in less than an hour. Es Mercadal, Ferriers and Allaior (market towns); El Toro (highest hill with monastery); Fornells and Addaia (harbours); Mahon and Cuitdella (main towns); pre-historic settlements and burial places; too many beaches to mention. The golf club is on the doorstep with driving range and tennis courts - it has 15 holes presently and is open all year. Pony trekking is available 5 minutes away by car.

Great location for everywhere on the island (bang in the middle). The complex was very private and in the set of apartments we where in, was under occupied (great for us as it was even quieter than we had hoped.
Hired a car from Auto Victoria for the duration of our hassle free fortnight, very easy to deal with - unlike the big rental companies - highly recommend them.
Great island, not much traffic at all, very friendly people all round. Enjoyed it that much, that we have booked the same apartment and will be using Auto Victoria again.
With the pound being a bit weak I would recommend the set menus, great value and choice from as little as 8 euros each for a 3 course meal.
The apartment was clean and well maintained and if you had any problems at all then the maintainace people where only 5 minutes away in Son Parc. Dealing with Mike the owner was so simple via email.
I would recommend this property to anybody who wants a relaxing time away from it all.
Great location, great apartment and a fantastic holiday (and if you book again you get 10% off next time s well)

June 2009: "We had a very relaxing 2 week stay. The position of the apartment is very good indeed and the surrounding area is great, with very good access to all parts of the island. I hired a car from Auto Victoria, very good value and great service."

Sep 2007:'We did indeed enjoy our break in Menorca in your lovely apartment - we could not have asked for more in any aspect. We found that all your kind advice and directions were very useful and welcome and saved us time and effort. We had good food and drink but, above all, a wonderful rest which was down to your apartment in no small measure.'

Aug 2007: 'Paul said the golf clubs were fine, he only played once as we were out and about a lot. Would definitely recommend the apartment to friends as the area is so quiet and peaceful, but so much to do in the surrounding areas. If we decide to go back to Menorca next year I’m sure we’ll be in touch.'
