The home lies in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood in the Catalina Mountains foothills. Take a morning stroll on winding streets and walking paths. The heated community Pool, Whirlpool and Tennis Courts are a two minute walk from the house. Golfers can drive to several excellent golf courses 15 to 20 minutes away. The Sabino Canyon with wonderful hiking and guided tram tours is within 5 minutes. Several excellent restaurants are down the hill. If you prefer, hang out on the covered patio with mountain views, seating for six, a relaxing water fountain and city lights in the distance.

  • The master bath off the master bedroom has two sinks with a large wall mirror, The walk-in shower and commode are in the adjoining room. Excellent water pressure, skylights, liquid shampoo and body wash dispenser, large thick towels for the bath and pool. The guest bath is tiled and a step away from the guest bathroom. It has a tub/shower combo and skylight with plenty of storage space for toiletries.

Linens are all 100 percent cotton with a 400 thread count. Pillows are a high-grade non-allergenic synthetic down. In addition to a six drawer chest, there is a large walk-in closet (7' x 10'). Also: a ceiling fan and Bose Wave CD/radio. The carpeted guest bedroom (12' x 14') features a queen-sized bed with luxury linens and pillows, large double closets, nine-drawer chest and a ceiling fan.

Enjoyed our 3 month stay winter of 2006/07. Very quiet, secure and friendly neighborhood. Owners exceptionally pleasant to deal with, very caring that you have an enjoyable stay and everything is up to standard. Location is close to all amenities....grocery store,bank,postal services,dry cleaning,restaurants,gas station,car wash and auto repair. Found services in area very pleasant and reasonable. Would highly recomend this property and would definitley stay here again.

We stayed here in July 2007 and had the most relaxing and wonderful vacation in years!!! We loved the property and it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Close to everything and we even had some spectacular thunderstorms. The views out the back patio are absolutely gorgeous of the mountains. Very quiet neighborhood and we would definitely come back again.
