It has handsome decor throughout: a queen-size bed; a convertable sofa, a large private bathroom; walk-in closet, full kitchenette, a large living/dining area with dining table, and a work area with computer and high-speed internet access. The unit has four windows offering enchanting panoramic views of nearby hills. The apartment is located on the lowest floor of a large home and is entirely self-contained. The park-like grounds and gardens are accessible from two streets. The unit has its separate street access, a separate entrance, a private patio area surrounded by lush gardens. There is ample parking on the street.
