The house comes equiped with a washer, dryer, Weber grill, paddle boat and canoe. A 60' dock provides secure docking of your boat in 3'6'' water depth. Marinas offer a broad range of rental boats if needed. Lake Winnisquam has become a premier family lake with crystal clear water, flat water for water skiing/boarding. Located on the western shore of Lake Winnisquam. Within 1:15 hour drive to the ocean at Portsmouth, NH or Portland, ME, 45 min to the Washington Valley or Waterville Valley, both in the White Mountains, for terrific hicking and camping. 1:30 to N. Conway, NH, an entire town of factory outlet shops. The home is located just 8 min from exit 20 on interstate 93 for quick and easy access to activities and attractions to the north and south {Boston 1:50).

Vacationing in the lakes region of central New Hampshire puts you within an hour of the seacoast to the southeast, the White Mountains with excellent hiking, climbing and camping areas and central to unique shopping and restaurants.
