This privately-situated property, beautifully-appointed with new furniture, is one of the largest 1BRs in town with more than 800 sq ft. This unit is within easy walking distance to galleries, museums, restaurants and bay beaches and is within easy cycling distance to the Cape's fabulous ocean beaches. You'll enjoy the open floor plan, the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, the fireplace and all new stainless steel appliances as well as the private deck which is great for birdwatching in the morning, soaking up the sun in the afternoon or enjoying dinner served right off the grill in the evening.

FYI: Rental certificates are the Law: As you're considering your vacation in Provincetown, be sure to ask whether the owner of a condo or apartment has obtained the legally-required and annually-issued rental certificate from the town. Previously a requirement under the THE PROVINCETOWN GENERAL BYLAWS Section 9-5, now a requirement by the BOH, the annual rental certificate is required by law and ensures the property is reviewed and approved for rentals by the town's Board of Health. Many properties do not comply with this law. This property is in compliance with the town's rental certificate requirement.

This was the first time staying in Ptown in years and boy, did this condo met our high standards! From the wonderful deck, comfortable furniture to a gourmet kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home even with beach chairs included.
We have already recommended this condo to other friends and would stay here again on any return to Ptown.
We also so appreciated the owner's special attention to detail and true desire to make our vacation memorable.

Quiet, clean, very comfy firm bed, well equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, close to galleries, stores, and restaurants - This condo was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation spot. The owners were very helpful in our trip planning. They kindly provided us with multiple excellent references from previous tenants - put our minds at ease before mailing the full payment. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

The owners of this property, have created a cape cod experience within a cape cod experience. With words, I would not be able to set the standard this property has for my wife and I. After returning from a cruise in Bermuda, we stayed 2 nights in provincetown. I just want to extend my appreciation to the owners for their assistance with making our trip memorable. "Memory Lane" starts on Bradford Street!!!!!

Being truly at home in P'town

We spent a week in late June (2009) when the weather was cool and somewhat on the soggy side. Having this condo made all the difference. It's spacious, well furnished, and provides a quiet retreat in the East End. The listing is accurate (the photos on the site say it all). The deck with its comfortable furniture and fine grill is a great plus even though the weather last June was not ideal for its use. We look forward to using it on our next visit (Mother Nature permitting). The owner was easy to contact and provided useful advice on shopping. It's an easy walk to the center of town and all the gustatory and other attractions. One of our favorite restaurants, The Mews, is a short walk west on Commercial St. Although a car is not necessary, for a stay of a week or more it's a convenience for supermarket shopping and jaunts out of town. The condo has its own parking. I would certainly recommend this rental to friends and indeed have talked it up since our visit.
