This beautiful Cape Cod style luxury Beach Home is professionally decorated and with all the conveniences of your home. This luxury home, affectionately named 'Lazy Daze', is a custom-built Cape Cod style built located a mere 20 yards from the Gulf! Lazy Daze boasts 3300 square feet of luxury indoor living space with 10 ft. ceilings throughout, beautiful custom hardwood floors, ceiling fans in every room and over 500 square feet of beautiful balconies providing great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Destin’s gorgeous sugar white beaches are a mere 20 yards from our front door. The residence has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths including a first floor bedroom and a gourmet kitchen. On the second floor, enjoy large Master suite with a private master bathroom, Jacuzzi bathtub, Travertine Limestone and glass showers. There is an additional large bedroom on the second floor with a large private bathroom. The third floor has two large bedrooms featuring custom hardwood floors
