Closets within each Bedroom contain a good amount of hanging space plus a large number of Wooden Hangers, Slacks Hangers, and Padded Hangers, additional Blankets and Pillows, 3 to 4 different types of Spa Robes for both ladies and men, pillows providing the options of 3 different levels of firmness, Bed Linens providing different options of fiber content and thread count, Night Stands with Pull Out Tray Tops to set items upon, 3 to 4 additional drawers for storage, a Clock Radio, a Cordless Phone, Lamps with differing degrees of light. Notes: Owners insist their home is immaculate at all times in readiness for their House guests. Please note: this is not a typical vacation rental property. There is no revolving front door with Renters-in & Renters-back out. Owners are in residence frequently as well. Their House guests are provided exactly the same amenities at the same level of quality Owners require for themselves. Property Manager is a dear friend of the Owners. She lives not more than 5 minutes away from the Main Gate Entrance to Ironwood C.C. Photos speak for themselves. Guests spending a minimum of two weeks initially and return the next year for two weeks or longer, start to receive personally monogrammed House Warming Gifts e.g. Cocktail Party Linens, Sit Down Dinner Linens, Bed and Bath Linens, etc. in that order. The same House guests who return a 2nd year, etc. have the availability provided them to request of the Owners, items which they feel will enhance their stay or items of preference.
