Vacation/relaxation, this charming beach house is located directly across the street from private Black Point Beach. Enjoy the beautiful water views right from your own front yard. We have 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bed. 1 double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. We also have a Fireplace in the living room . Enjoy all the amenities, Swimming, Fishing, Boat Mooring, Tennis, Golf Clinics, Playground, Club House, Children's Museum, Shopping, Antiquing, Restaurants, Movie Theater and Mohegan Casino is less than 15 minutes away. The ice cream truck visits the beach consistently throughout the day for those hot summer days.

My family stayed at this Black Point Beach cottage in August and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is absolutely ideal for a family w/ small children as it is directly across the street from the beach - so no need to load up the car and drive to the beach. The house was perfect for our family - very homey and spotless. It had everything we could possibly need for our vacation. We will be staying here again next summer and we can't wait!

lots to do for different ages. Area great for pictures
