Cottage Living Room and Kitchen:
Walk into a large welcoming foyer w/ storage compartments for coats, hats, boots, luggage, etc. Cathedral ceilings, skylights, lighted ceiling fan, plank flooring & a wood burning stone fireplace (wood provided from mid Nov- Feb) that accent the living room's conversation grouping of furniture: queen sleeper sofa, love seat, swivel chairs, ottoman & three bean bag chairs. The TV, DVD/VCR are located opposite the fireplace & one just has to swivel the leather chairs for easy viewing. The fully-equipped kitchen offers guests many amenities: Jenn Air Range, Calaphan and All Clad cookware, over the range microwave, ice maker and dishwasher. Twelve place settings of Pfalzgraft dishes and glassware are provided. In the corner of the kitchen area is a cushioned booth for cozy & comfortable eating, relaxing, doing a puzzle, etc. or you can sit at the breakfast bar with seating for four. If you like to cook outside, there is a gas grill.
Sun Game Room & Recreation Amenities:
Every one can sit together for meals (there is a leaf for the table) at the table off the living room. Remember there is also seating for 3 at the breakfast counter.
In the Sun/Game Room (best lakeview) there is a 3 in 1 game table (dining, pool or poker); 6 CD player, books, games, CDs, full sleeper sofa and best of all this room can become a private area by closing the French Doors and closing the curtains. This is a great place to relax, read and watch the wildlife on the lake.
Use our kayak or canoe to enjoy the lake with a signed waiver. Beautiful hiking trails with brook and/or lake views.
Pinecrest Lake (heart of the Poconos) Amenities:
Fall & Spring--There are endless recreational possibilities: Fish (with a PA license) in our well-stocked lake; use our kayak and/or canoe with boat authorization on beautiful Pinecrest Lake, hike on beautiful nature walking trails throughout the exclusive Pinecrest community; bike ride safely on our private roads or take a couple of beach chairs and just sit and relax by the lake. You can also take children to the playground behind the Recreation Center
Summer-- Mountainside swimming pool w/ a diving & water slide area, a separate area for swimming laps or just playing in the water. There is a wading pool apart from the main pool for little ones. The pool deck has lots of chaise lounges for you to relax the day away. Snack bar and changing areas are provided. The pool opens 6/19 and closes 9/6. The tennis complex features 8 Har Tru courts & has been designed by tennis professionals.
Winter-- Ice Skate; Sled; Snowmobile, X-Country Ski on our trails, or ice fish on lake.
