Charming 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, two story Cape in Hyannis on 1/3 wooded acre and quiet residential street. Kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, large living room sitting area with sliders to sundeck. 1/2 bathroom & laundry on 1st floor. 3 bedrooms and full bathroom on 2nd floor. Bright, pleasant and nicely furnished. 3 TVs with cable, VCR, DVD, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, telephone, fans & window ACs. Hardwood floors. Deck furniture and gas grill, outside enclosed shower and hammock. House is .4 mile to Sea Street Beach (Keyes Memorial) and 1 mile to Kalmus Beach (lots of wind surfing here), Veterans Beach and downtown Hyannis for dining/shopping. Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are 1 mile away. 2 miles to Craigville Beach. Cape Cod Mall 2 miles. House is very neat and clean. No Pets / No Smoking Allowed

The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great, close to the center of town and multiple beaches. This house is ideal if traveling with small children. Crib, baby gate at the top of the stairs, safety locks on some of the kitchen cabinets.The only problem we encountered was with the air conditioners running we would occasionally trip the circuit breaker, but with a little thought about what we were doing we were able to work around that. Check in and out was the easiest I have ever encountered. Realtor's office was very pleasant.
