Description of the Encinitas vacation cottage rental
The Garden Villa is a very unique vacation property. Located on Neptune Avenue in Encinitas, this vacation rental is in a highly regarded neighborhood. The garden villa is a serene beach beauty which can be found in many Home and Garden magazines for its surreal beauty of the garden and stone rock work on the exterior of the villa. This property is unique for its expansiveness of usable land, yet so close to the beach. This property resides on approximately ½ acre of land directly across from the beach. Located on the famous bluffs of Encinitas and Leucidia, the Garden Villa is only steps away from the appealing beaches of Stonesteps and Beacon’s. The Garden Villa is a very comfortable three bedroom with two bathrooms and has wonderful beach accents to the décor and furnishings. Since its release this summer, this 2,000 square foot villa has been completely renovated to be sophisticated, yet very comfortable.
