Description of the Narragansett Pier vacation house rental
Our home is available for rent from September 2008 through mid-May 2008. We are searching for a young working professional or couple. You are approx 200' from the Ocean and the historic seawall in the heart of the Pier in Narragansett RI. You can enjoy the views from the front porch or rear fenced in yard. The house has central air conditioning on the first floor and a large A/C unit that cools the entire 2nd floor on those days that the ocean breeze doesn't cut it. We require a security deposit and financial references prior to lease signing. This home is fully furnished, has cable TV and high speed cable internet. Oil heat. I will pay electricity, TV and Internet. Oil bill is paid for by tenant and will be pro-rated and locked in once lease is signed in September.

This is a very clean house. We do not rent to pet owners, smokers, and parties. This house is best suited for the young family of four looking to get away to a nice summer resort town.
