Located just four houses from path to beach on a quiet tree-lined street is this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cape. Accepting reservations for SPRING/SUMMER 2010. Gleaming hardwood floors, open concept fully applianced oak kitchen, spacious dining area, and fireplaced living room showcase this casually decorated beach home. Double sliders off the kitchen/dining area open onto a huge deck perfect for entertaining. Also on the first floor is a cozy family room, main floor bedroom with double bed, and full bath. Upstairs are two large front to back bedrooms and second full bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and sliders opening to its own private deck. The second bedroom has a double trundle bed that sleeps four people. Washer/ dryer, gas grill, three TVs, DVD player, US phone plan, cable TV and internet and plenty of closet space add to this restful retreat. A scenic fenced in back yard is yours to enjoy! Storage for beach toys is available in walk out basement No smoking/No pet

Additional information about rental rates

  • LONG TERM WINTER RENTALS - consist of 6+ month contract. The 9% NH Room Tax does not apply to rentals longer than 6 months. Utilities and linens are not included in the winter rentals. Lawn service,leaf removal, phone, cable and internet are included in winter rentals. A satisfactory credit check and one month's security deposit is required for all winter rentals. Our home is professionally cleaned prior to the arrival of each tenant at no additional charge.
    All off season weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday at $1,500. per week + 9%NH tax+ $500 security.

Remaining balance due by May 1st. $500 security deposit required (refundable within 30 days of stay pending no damage). 9% NH rooms tax.
