VilLaVie is a peaceful and quiet place, located in Cannes city, above Suquet, in a charming, fenced-in domain. Additionally the house has it’s own fenced in garden with parking for 4 cars, and it’s verging on the great park Croix des Gardes, surrounding the garden on 2 sides with tall hedges preventing visibility into your privacy. The property fronts south with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. 10 to 12 meters away from the pool there is a shady pool house with an open fire, hot/cold water, a large gas barbeque and a stone oven for homemade pizzas. Provencal styled living and dining room with an open fire, some antique furniture, terracotta tiles and new wicker furniture. There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 on the ground floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally 2 separate toilets, a small sauna and laundry room with all facilities. VilLaVie is located above the old part of Cannes - Suquet , with its own garden in a quiet and peaceful domain - with an exceptional privacy. Driving to the centre of Cannes, or the public beaches at the west side of the city, takes you 5 - 6 minutes. You may walk to the baker shop and the nearest grocery shop, which is 2 - 3 minute drive away. Driving to the airport in Nice takes 20 - 25 minutes and 7 minutes with helicopter. Taxi to Cannes centre: approx. 10 Euros. Taxi to Nice airport: approx. 80 Euros. Ask us for helicopter-services.

Services.: The villa has gardener and pool service - during high season every week. The housekeepers are english spoken and can offer housekeeping, weekly cleaning, some cooking and serving and assist you with most practical challenges you might experience during your stay. On request we can arrange events, cocktail party etc. for 35-40 persons with our own chef and staff. We can be helpful regarding transport, saying that we can find chauffeurs for your disposal, and arrange helicopter-transport from the airport etc.

Standard.: The house was built ca. 1980, but both the interior and the garden have been redone, redecorated and upgraded to an exclusive high standard during the past few years. All electrical appliances are new, so is the kitchen incl. all equipment, most of the furnishing, bedrooms, outdoor kitchen, outdoor furniture, pool area is changed to twice the size.
