Quiet neighborhood .2 miles to bay beach, miles of nature walks along salt marshes just outside the front door. 2 miles from town, shopping, galleries, restaurants, harbor, 3 miles from Ocean beaches. Three level contemporary. 2 large decks, one facing wooded area and one views of Marsh. Main: open floor plan with cathedral ceiling, skylights and fan. Fully stocked modern kitchen, dining area and living room. TV, HBO etc. Full Bath. Master (Queen) has views of marsh. Loft: two sleeping areas (single and double) overlooking main. Lower: at grade, two doubles, full bath, sitting area and laundry.

Area: Fox Island / Indian Neck / Pilgrim's Spring area includes some of the nicest homes on the outer Cape. Easy walk over dirt roads to Bay beach & some of the best Oystering in the world. Wonderful nature walks along the edge of the salt marshes--birds, flowers & wildlife. All other Cape amenities--Ocean beaches, National Seashore parks and bike paths, fresh water ponds, historic sites, shopping, galleries, restaurants, etc are just a few miles by car.

Home: Home sits on a lightly wooded bluff overlooking the Blackfish Creed tidal estuary. It is a well-maintained, 3 level contemporary with fireplace, modern kitchen 2 baths, will sleep as many as 9 and is geared toward outdoor living. Filtration system makes good-tasting water. Quite secluded and isolated from neighbors for the area.

Beaches: About 0.2 miles from bay side beach, perfect for small children, sunbathers and swimmers. Views of Great Island, Lt. Island and Wellfleet Harbor.
