Enjoy panoramic views from the screened deck off the master bedroom on the 3rd story. This like-new beach house comes fully furnished right down to the beach chairs so you don't even have to rent them! The upper level contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and trinkle bed which sleeps 2 with TV & VCR. The second bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds with the third bedroom downstairs having a queen size bed. Also downstairs is a full kitchen, dining area and living area. We recently stayed in this house with a family of 8 and there was plenty of space. The upstairs balcony was amazing to go out and listen to the waves at night and you can see the ocean from up there also! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Its very close to the ocean and in the garage it has a TON of chairs and beach toys with boogie boards ( we left ours there for others to enjoy) and has a floating wagon thing to take all your chairs and stuff down to the beach. Its close to everything walking distance to the pier and right beside Holiday Watersports to rent jet ski's or parasail. You would see dolphins every morning - wonderful way to start the day! I really recommend this house to a large family - its a great deal! The owner was great to respond to any issues we had (no major issues) We would come back to this house in the future! If you rent this home you wont be disaapointed! Two thumbs up! Thanks Roger

Best Place to Stay on the Water!!

We had a group of 6 friends stay here and we ABSOLUTLY loved it! It was perfect! The house had EVERY ammenity you could need and was close by EVERYTHING! It was soo close to the beach!! Dolphins actually came up to us in the water! The property was super clean and well maintained, it was super quiet in the area at night! The owner was very quick to respond to any problems we ran into. The decks are awesome, its wonderful to have a grill, super close to a 7-11 and times square so you can go get food and drinks! The house even has floaties and sand toys and a ton of beach chairs! Next door at the Best Western they have a jet-ski dolphin tour thats really cool, they also have parasailing and they take a lot of pictures for you and put them on a disk. The pier is less then a 5 minute walk and you can fish right on it! At night the sandbar comes out and there are tons or awesome shells! Sanibel Island it close by and is a beautiful quiet place to visit for a day. We can't wait to plan our next vacation to this amazing house; its also really kid friendly so we plan on bringing them next time. We would definetly recomend this property to anyone who wants to stay on the beach in Fort Myers Beach!

Beautiful house. Beautiful view!!!

We loved this house. The interior looks newly redone and in good clean condition. The location was great because we were a short walk from time square and the pier, and the beach is right there...no having to walk to a public crowded beach. It's hard to find an actual house to stay at on Fort Myers Beach and this is the biggest and best located I've stayed at. You can see the ocean when you are sitting on the top porch and its very relaxing to watch the sunset from off the bedroom there. And, it beats having to stay in a hotel or condo which even though may have 1st row to the ocean, its cramped and crowded with people by the pool. I guess If you are looking for space and peace and quiet, while still being within steps from the beach then this is the place to be. If you want "excitement' you can walk down the road to time square. Overall- Great place to stay!! I'm planning on coming back this spring.

I wish you could see the ocean better.

It was an awsome place, but very sad you cant see ocean execpt for upstairs in masterbedroom. I thought it was a beach house and you could see the ocean from the windows. There was at least 3 house in front of this house blocking the ocean. It was more than just steps away from the beach. I wish they would of told us this in the beginning. :( But if you dont care about seeing the ocean out your windows. It is a great house. Lots of space. Big garage. Baby friendly, they had a baby gate for stairs and a high chair..

Owner's Response: The Heavenly Beach House is one of the few single family beach houses left on the North end of the Island.We offer a 5 min walk to the pier shops and restaurants in Times Square.We are one of only 2 on the North end that is 3 stories tall while the others in front are only 2 so you can sit on the deck off the master bedroom and enjoy great views of the gulf,sunsets and Sanibel Island.You also enjoy great views from the master bedroom through the wide slider.We are 150 ft to the beach.Three lots each being only 50ft while many places to the south you can walk a 1000 ft or more to the beach and spend hours in traffic going North to get off the Island during season. The Heavenly Beach House is the finest and most spacious place you will find North of the Pier.Book today and enjoy your stay in Southwest Florida before your dates are taken.
