Well-cared for shingled cottage has lovely big yard for outdoor games, private patio with wonderful outdoor shower (hot & cold), every amenity including high speed wireless Internet. Lots of activities for all ages nearby: 1/4 mile to Cape Cod Bike Trail, 1/2 mile to awesome fresh water pond for swimming, kayaking & sailing, 1 mile to Eastham's best Bay Beach. Friendly neighborhood, easy walk to town library and small grocery store. Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor's Center a mile away, gateway to walking and bike trails to the ocean and Coast Guard Beach. Wiley Park (town facility) is close by with swimming, picnic tables & playground. Golf driving range in town and several golf courses within 10 miles. Within a 10-minute drive are the Rock Harbor fishing fleet & charter boats, three miniature golf courses, and the Drive-In (and indoor) movie theater and best flea market on Cape Cod.
