'Seaview ' is a Period property located Located on Strand Road in exclusive Dublin 4, the prime residential area just 10 MINUTES (2.5 miles) from Dublin city center.

We are on the Aircoach Route ( regular airport shuttle, the stop is JUST 50 yards away)

We are just an 8 Minutes walk to the DART station, and are on bus routes to the city centre, (the stop is right outside)

If you prefer not to spend all your time in the city center you can enjoy our local amenities in Sandymount include award winning restaurants, bistros, friendly pubs, bank, chemists boutique shops, beauty therapists and supermarkets clustered around the pretty village green. The unique benefits of this property are its fantastic location..In the most sought after Dublin neighbourhood. The large exclusive properties, mostly 18th and 19th century are owned by politicians, lawyers, executives and internationally acclaimed artists and poets!

All whom chose this special road because of the fantastic strand opposite the houses. plus the proximity to the city step and the gorgeous quaint Village Green . Just step across the road to enjoy bracing or cooling walks on the sands and refreshing sea breezes ...Hard to imagine we are only minutes from the very heart of Dublin City!!

The houses (which rarely come on the market) are spacious with gracefully proportioned rooms. Our architect did a magnificent job retaining the feel of a period property yet creating individual separate and totally private apartments on the ground floor of the house which was built in 1898.

We had a wonderful time, it was so fantastic to just cross the road to the beach, the kids loved it ! BM London

My parents had a lovely time in your great apartment, it was so easy to get into town and they loved the restaurants nearby. They want to go back next year too. TP.

All the family had a great time, we got to see the best of Dublin and loved walking on the beach and hav a barbeque in 'Our' garden one really hot evening.The apartment was spotless and was very well equipped. We will be recommending you to our friends. KS.

We were delighted as soon as we arrived, the location is second to none and the apartment was large and nicely furnished...it was exactly as described. you can see care has been taken by the owners to ensure guests enjoy their stay.

L'appartement est idéalement situé : l'immense plage juste en face permet de grandes promenades, les commerces sont accessibles à pied et offrent tout ce qui est nécessaire à un excellent séjour.
Le centre ville de Dublin est facilement rejoint en 15-20 minutes par le bus ou en voiture.
L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé.

A Marvelous Stay

We had the most pleasurable stay at the Mews in Sandymount this month for a week. My son and daughter shared one room and I took the master bedroom. There was plenty of room for all of us.

Sandymount is about 15 minutes from the center of Dublin by bus. The bus stop is literally a block down the street. Both lines drop you off right where you want to be to start your tour of Dublin. We tended to take the Dart back from Dublin at the end of the day because it was easier to find and predict the timing of the Dart. The Dart stop in Sandymount is about a 5 block walk into the center of the village. The village is about a 4 block walk to the Mews.

We ended up spending nights in Sandymount becuase we liked the village so much. What a friendly place!

The apartment itself is not huge, but it was everything we needed. The small kitchen was just perfect for making breakfasts. The garden area is pretty, but we didn't use it so much because the weather was not so permitting.

The only negative thing we can report is that wireless WiFi was limited to the master bedroom. The location of the router above the unit did not allow for the use of internet in any of the other rooms. We reported the issue to Iverna, so that may already be remedied.

A word about Iverna. What a marvelous host. She worries that her guests enjoy themselves. She is not underfoot, but you know she is available if you have any issues. She has put together a wonderful guide for getting around and will be most eager to visit with you about issues that are not discussed in the guide.

I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a lovely little apartment in a superb location. The apartment is right across from the beach and a walkers (and dog’s) dream. Sandymount village is minute’s walk away which has everything you would need – lovely restaurants, pubs, shops & coffee spots. You can walk into the city center in about 30 minutes. We fell so much in love with the area that we stayed here and are now renting in the area!

The apartment itself has everything you would need – it’s clean, comfortable and cozy. It has a lovely garden yard which my dogs enjoyed immensely and the landlady was extremely responsive and helpful whenever needed.

Low tide wa a hit with our puppy. The Butlers Pantry at the Village Green is great for food to bring home for dinner!

    Guest satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and we appreciate that our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thoroughly cleaned, well equipped properties.

    If you would like to reserve an apartment we only require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments can be accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by cheque or bank transfer or PAYPAL whichever is the most convenient for you.

    Linens, towels and Utilities, VAT,TAXES, Final Cleaning, SKY, WIFI etc .ARE ALL INCLUDED

    Rates quoted per week but we are happy to offer a discount for over 3 weeks.
  • Check in is after 3pm and we ask you to please vacate apartments by 11am to facilitate thorough cleaning before the next guest. However, on request, we will do our best to facilitate late departures and early arrivals whenever possible.
