Beautiful home located at Heritage Highlands Golf and County Club, a gated community in Dove Mountain. This 2338sf. home built in 2006 has 3 bedrooms, a den, entertainment TV room and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed with separate shower and soaking tub with walk-in closet and dual vanities. The other two bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the house along with a full bathroom. One bdrm has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. The dining room accommodates 6-8 people. Modern kitchen with full appliances & center island with views of mountains and city lights from most rooms. All furniture is new. The community clubhouse which has a restaurant and bar, exercise room, pool, spa, billiards, library, putting green, tennis courts and pro shop is located approximately 3 minutes away by car or a short walk. The house borders state land and is fully landscaped and is therefore private and comfortable. One guest must be 55 years or older.
