Overlooking Cape Cod Bay in the gallery resort town of Wellfleet, enjoy the tranquility and private beaches on Lieutenant Island. This luxurious new home with ultra modern decor provides a spacious three bedroom layout including a king size master bedroom suite with a private bath on the second floor in addition to living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. Off the kitchen is a chef's pantry and a 12X12 screened deck suitable for outside dining. Stairs off the second floor deck lead to a spectacular observation deck with panoramic views of the island and Cape Cod Bay. The second floor is surrounded on three sides with spacious decks. On the first floor are two large bedrooms with two twin beds in each, an adjoining full bath. Also on the first floor is the great entertaining room complete with satellite TV, woodstove and your own modern bar with refrigerator and bar sink. Couch, large comfy chair and table with chairs give you plenty of comfort. All furnishings are new.
