Double glazed windows with electronic security blinds. Central Station Burglar Alarm. Sky Digital TV, 10 x 5 Metre Pool, Huge terraces, large parking area, and landscaped gardens. Maid Service available. The property is not let out separately-which means that you will have the whole place to yourself, not sharing, under any circumstances.

Overlooking the beautiful Lake Vinuela, which lies 45 mins east of Malaga airport, just 20 mins from the beach at Torre del Mar, or 30 mins from the well known resort of Nerja. Just over an hour to the north is the historic city of Granada, and in the Sierra Nevada 15mins up from Granada the winter ski resort of Sol y Nieve is one of Spain’s best kept secrets. The house is approx 1km from the village of Los Romanes where you will find the village shop and bakery, to cater for your everyday needs, within the lake area there are 6 or 7 more small shops, butchers etc. For a major shopping trip the Ingenio centre is just over 15 minutes in the car, where you'll find a hypermarket, High Street shops, as well as others, Fast food and restaurants, Multi Screen cinema and a Night Club. Whilst the house is in an idyllic and tranquil setting there are at least 20 restaurants without leaving the lake area. GOLF is never far away in Spain, and it's no different here, there are 2 local courses

Also selections of board games, books, CD's and Videos, THERES A LARGE TRAMPOLINE IN THE GARDEN. UTILITY ROOM Houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, a sink, and toilet. Ideal for use when around the pool, to save the potentially dangerous situation that wet feet can cause. Between the utility room and the pool is an outside shower please use before swimming to clean off sun oil

The Penthouse.: The steps near the front door lead up to the self-contained penthouse that sleeps 2-4 people. This comprises a lounge, superb kitchen, cloakroom with bath, bedroom, dressing room, and en suite bathroom, with massive walk in shower/wet room. Inside the front door you come to the right to the lounge, which has a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. To the left of the kitchen is a French door leading to the L shaped terrace. It faces both east and over the main terrace below. This terrace can also be accessed from the lounge and the bedroom. Facilities include Air conditioning and heating, TV with SKY, Video, and Stereo with Tapes and CD's Internet Access

Check In/Out Times: Check in 4pm Check Out 10am to allow for thorough cleaning and preparation for all of our guests

I'd just like to say, this house is the most beautiful we have ever stayed in, it's very unusual to find a house better equipped than our home. Mrs L Sampson Jones. Rosie your housekeeper made our stay in your wonderful villa more pleasurable than any other holiday we'd had. The Hunters. The view from your terrace, and the memories made on our two holidays at Xanadu at Lake Vinuela, will live in our hearts forever. The Hills. An ideal place to get away from it all

This is the ideal house to come to if you are looking for a holiday with friends and/or young children. I was concerned that a split level house would be dangerous especially with a toddler, but there is a safety gate fitted.The pool area is protected by two large gates so that you use the garden safely.The house is really very well equipped with everything that you would have at home for a toddler as well as younger babies. On arrival we found it to be very clean and the grounds were maintained to a very high standard. I was particularly impressed with the pool area which had a non slip surface.
Overall great place for a family holiday with lots of places to see and ideal for chilling out by the pool if thats what you prefer!
