Private lot set back from Kingsbury Beach road 1/3 mile to Great Pond and Wiley Park ( children's playground) 3/4 mile to Eastham's Kingsbury Beach for those great sunsets, close to the Bike trail. Four bedrooms: queen, full, twin bunk beds, two twin beds plus queen size futon in loft area. Cable TV, wireless Internet, outside shower, Deck, grill, fireplace, dishwasher, washer dryer. Hardwood floors w/rugs and tile throughout the house. 100% non-smoking house

The house is set up to put Mom and Dad downstairs just off the kitchen . The kids are upstairs with a full bathroom and the loft area with the TV VCR/DVD. You can sneak out the side door to a private dinner or up to the bike trail 6 house lots away. The house is set back 300 feet from the road on a pan handle lot. There is a horseshoe pit for family outside competition. Badminton and volleyball can be setup in the front yard. The bay is nice .5 mile walk to Kingsbury Beach where you can catch sunsets and stroll the huge beach at low tide.

Home is ideal for the family getaway. Older kids can travel the Cape on the bike trail, sail, kayak, swim on Great Pond, walk to the bay or bike to the ocean beach. Younger kids love Wiley Parks playground and freshwater beach. Adults love the short walk to Great Pond, the bay at Kingsbury Beach and accessing the beauty of the Cape on the bike trail. Parents bike to the morning coffee shop while the kids sleep in. Newly applianced kitchen, washer and dryer, grill, outdoor shower, hammock. DVD player and stereo upstairs. In-laws can use the 1st floor bedroom. Short trip to Orleans for the Cape league baseball, stores, restaurants and 2 full supermarkets. Eastham is centrally located to travel out to Provincetown on a day trip by car or bicycle. Park the cars in the driveway and see the Cape on foot and bicycle. Short bike trip to the Audubon lands in Welfleet, bring the boat, bikes and kayaks. Plenty of room for parking. Eastham rental agreement allows you to purchase Eastham Beach pass
