City Lights Villa Activities: Our house is located in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to everything! The city of Henderson has won national awards for their parks and trail system; if you like to bicycle or hike Henderson has miles and miles of paved trails, the fall and winter months are a great time for early morning walk in the Bird Preserve, migrating birds stop at the 9 ponds at the city operated Bird Preserve, a wonderful way to start your day as you view the tranquil ponds and desert landscape in one direction and the skyline of the Strip in the other direction! City Lights Villa is the perfect retreat between the Vegas Strip and tranquil desert! Great pubs, seafood restaurant, grocery store, banks, and salons just 5 minute drive.

Hot Tub while viewing the lights: Winter in Vegas can be cold but you can relax in the hot tub overlooking the city lights just outside the master bedroom; play pool in the family room while enjoying the fireplace, breakfast bar and pub table.

Notes: We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in pool area without parental supervision. Pool area is not fenced separately from the patio or bedroom area, therefore this is not a good choice in rental if you have very small children. Friendly, well behaved dogs are welcome, dogs with 'attitude' are not.

Great home. Exactly as promised. Stayed 6 nights. Loved the pool, hot tub, kitchen, floor plan, Deborah was so great to deal with and really took care of everything. Very well-maintained, location is nice and close to everything (shopping, groceries, etc.). Was fun to be away from the nonstop buzz of the Strip and just relax when we wanted. Easy to drive in Vegas. We'll definitely be back !
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Best Family Weekend Ever!

This home was our first vacation home rental. We have a time share, have rented condos, hotel rooms and taken our family on cruises. This was a great decision to rent a vacation home to keep our family all together. We spent our days boating on Lake Mead (only 15 minutes away) and then returned to this beautiful home to relax playing pool and hot-tubing.

The property was as described, clean, well stocked, well organized and well managed. We even had a place to park our boat. Perfect for my husband and I, two children & spouses and 3 grand kids.

Would recommend this property without reservation! Can't wait to go again.

Everything and More!

Words cannot express what an amazing property this is. We are locals that wanted to have a very intimate and memorable wedding ceremony with just our closest family and friends. The layout of the house and yard is perfect for entertaining. The view at night is breathtaking. This is not your average vacation rental, the property manager is both personable, professional, and approachable. The house holds many memories that I will hold dear to my heart. We had our intimate wedding in the back yard, we had a fantastic backyard bbq reception, guests were able to swim and enjoy good company. The house has everything from the obvious being the pool, spa, view to the wide variety of board games,billards table, 2 bikes to go ride and explore the trails, nice sitting areas in the house, ect.
The layout of the house is very comforting and inviting not stuffy and cold. I could go on and on. Our family will seek out to hold an annual vacation/reunion to rekindle our fond memories. Holds a close second to Disneyland, where I was proposed to. Such a great home...

Owner's Response: While we normally do not allow weddings at this property, The Caplingers were only having 6 guests so it worked out perfectly for them and we are very happy that the weather, the house and the gardens were all "in bloom" that day, while I do manage the property I also own it and it holds a special place in my heart as it was our first home after we got married, we will look forward to your next stay!

Great place to stay

Stayed for a week. We were two families and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is great, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Things were spik and span. The hot tub was fun and we really enjoyed it. The attractions are easily accessible and the strip is only 20 minutes drive. No issues or complaints about our stay. One suggestion would be to have a coded key box to access the keys.

Very relaxing holiday

We stayed in this lovely property for 3 weeks not long enough to do every thing we wanted. We visited the south rim of the grand canyon, the meteor site, death valley, hoover dam, Kings canyon and sequia national park to name a few. Deborah was very helpful with lots of information. The property is a real home from home.The property has everything you need, the pool table was a real success. I would recommend this property and we will be back.
