Notes: We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in pool area without parental supervision. Pool area is not fenced separately from the patio or bedroom area, therefore this is not a good choice in rental if you have very small children. Friendly, well behaved dogs are welcome, dogs with 'attitude' are not.

We had a great time in this house. Our kids loved the pool, they spent many hours in it! We loved the pool table in the game room too.
The house is beautiful and very well equipped for everybody! And the view is just fabulous! Very easy access to everything.

Quiet getaway

I enjoy visiting Las Vegas for a multitude of reasons, one of which is the exciting Strip but at the end of the day it was nice to return to this home which was quiet, beautiful and inviting. We felt very comfortable in the home and we are already looking forward to a second stay at the home in the near future. The location of the home is close enough to the freeway for easy access yet far enough away that the noise from the freeway is not heard. The pool and backyard are very well-maintained. Being able to enjoy the pool with the view at night was one of the most enjoyable parts of the trip!

Quiet family home. Beautifully appointed. We have rented many vacation homes and this was the first time there wasnt even a hint of disappointment. Better than expected.Clean,quiet, compfortable and close to everything. Everyone had a great time.
