Conveniently located on a cul de sac lot overlooking the Las Vegas Valley and world famous Las Vegas lights this home is only minutes from shopping, casinos, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and the Las Vegas Strip. You will love your stay in our beautiful home, enjoy the city lights from the master bedroom, family room, kitchen and patio/pool area! This home is perfect for a family vacation, honeymoon or get away! Features include full kitchen with granite counters, convection oven, microwave and a city view from the kitchen window! The family room has vaulted ceilings, french doors to covered patio, bar area and fireplace. The living room offers sofa with loungers, television and games. The master bedroom is accented by a sleigh bed and views of the City lights! The master bath features a garden tub. Only 7 miles to Lake Las Vegas and many local casinos are minutes away. This home offers gated RV/boat parking in a quiet residential area

There is so much to do in Las Vegas area! We are minutes from boating on Lake Mead, hiking and biking trails throughout the city of Henderson, the Black Mt Golf Club is a short drive or leisurely walk from our home; enjoy a refreshing drink overlooking the city after a long day on The Strip or hiking in the hills; local casino is less than 6 minute drive time. Henderson also offers many miles of biking trails. Our home also offers an exterior play area for your dog that is fenced separately from the pool.

- The master bedroom has French doors with view of city lights and access to the pool area, the two secondary bedrooms do not have pool access. There is a walk in closet in the master bedroom and the master bath has a garden tub. There is a television in the master bedroom and one of the secondary bedrooms.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in pool area without parental supervision. Pool area is not fenced separately from the patio or bedroom area, therefore this is not a good choice in rental if you have very small children. Friendly, well behaved dogs are welcome, dogs with 'attitude' are not.
