Kitchen:
All pots, pans, plates, and utensils are provided. Coffee maker, toaster, lobster pot, cups, etc. are also provided. Renters are responsible for all food (including salt & pepper), all condiments (ketchup, mayo, etc.), and all paper goods; such as napkins, paper plates, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. There is a newgrill with propane tank. We will, as a courtesy, try to keep it full, but if not it can be exchanged for a full one at various locations. All dishes, pots, cups, etc. must be cleaned and put away prior to departure, the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit, This Is 65 Flat Fee, All food items, including condiments must be thrown out prior to departure and the refrigerator left completely empty as new tenants are coming in immediately. Trash can be placed in the two locking trash barrels upon departure, and owner will pick up Saturday morning at 10am when cleaning and inspection occurs. Any Questions, Please Call

In the event of any problems, renters should call 781-982-1513 and leave msg, then call 617-610-4643 and leave msg, then call 617-347-3707 and leave msg. Someone will call back immediately. Key and directions pickup will be established upon payment of all monies (usually someone is on site when you check in). Week runs from Sat @ 3pm to Sat @ 10am, no exceptions. No early check-in or late check-out, as there are other tenants coming right in. All problems can be worked out, repaired etc..with a phone call. Owners, repairmen, etc. are less than 45 minutes away and can be contacted 24/7. We will assist you in any way possible to try to make your stay enjoyable and hope you will lock in your favorite week for years to come. Thank you!
