The main areas are tiled with rugs and bedrooms carpeted. Our villa is suitable for buggy and wheelchair. {full bathroom dimensions available] All rooms & lanai have fans plus air-hot/cold indoors. There is a childs crib with bedding & a high chair for guest use.

Relaxation: Our Villa is in a delightful location, well away from the tourism parts of the area, but within very easy reach of all. It is built to a very high standard, Mediterranean design with a tiled roof and block paving. We have houses to the sides but one is offset therefore cannot overlook and the other has the residents out at work [in Disney] all day. We have seen them once on the deck - in 3 years!

The entrance to Disney is 8 minutes by car - we have timed it! We have spent many an afternoon/evening relaxing by the pool and watching all the beautiful birds, flowers and butterflies in the trees, even a nosy raccoon family! Hard to believe Disney so close. We also have had some cranes, an armadillo and an opossum for company on our evening strolls around the sub division, even had a snake slither over the road 100 yds away!

In the autumn of 2011, we had the house and all decking repainted, new rugs in the great room and lanai, pelmets to all windows, and towels and crockery updated for the comfort of our guests. There are towels and bedding in duplicate, per head, plus 8 coloured pool towels. The front double bedroom been completely remodelled tthis year with new furniture and decor.

The pool and extended deck face south, are in the sun until late afternoon and overlook the conservation area. There are homes to the sides but we are set sufficiently back for little to no overlooking.

Our managers are only a few doors away and after welcoming you to the villa, they will take your registration details and the breakages deposit of $300 [£200] which will be returned in full within 48 Hrs. after your vacation and no dire problems found.

They will explain anything you may wish to know, and are on hand to help and advise. They also rent out a sat nav at about half the rate of the car hire companies, will supply a welcome food pack- -ask for detail, and a childs booster seat. They have our portable DVD player which is there for you to sign out - no cost, just return and do not leave in the back of your hire car! It happens. There is a folder in the villa so have a good read through plus we will forward our little booklet to you after the full rental is paid, This should help you settle in

Off the cuff things to do: Downtown Disney for a wander late afternoon, park behind the 'tent' of Cirque Du Soleil, walk around the 'village' and then catch the ferry back. All free. Have breakfast at the retro cafe in Celebration on a Sunday morning while the local craft market is on. Old Town Kissimmee for the motorbike and custom car shows, check online for what and when. Visit a vinyard in Clermont, take an air boat ride at Boggy Creek, or if retail therapy your thing, go to Eagle Ridge Mall - [like the Florida mall without the tourists] and of course all the retail parks, Buena Vista & Premium outlets, and the Millenium Mall which is beautiful.

Tiffany glass museum at the quaint town of Winter Park approx 1 hour north, Bok Gardens south and en route past the Eagle Ridge Mall just off the 27 a good half hour south, LEGOLAND at Cyprus Gardens, Dali Museum at St Petersberg. Lots to do and enjoy including of course all the Disney/Epcot/Universal and Sea World parks. We have access to discount tickets with Kissimmee Guest Services.

We have also spent the odd night away exploring the gulf coast and would recommend Cape San Blas for beauty, perfect white sand beaches, no tourists and a great B&B, also Clearwater Beach with the pier, great fish restaurants, and generally a fun spot.
