This first floor condo (2BR/2BA) unit is a large two bedroom unit (900 square feet) that is 20 steps to the beach that sleeps up to 6 people. The very large patio (350+ square feet) has a fantastic view of the ocean from the elevated deck, which can be used for eating, sunbathing, relaxing or having social gatherings.

This is the first summer that this condo is a vacation rental and has all new paint, two newly remodeled bathrooms and an enclosed garage (as well as street parking).

This 2BR/2BA unit comes with the following amenities:

Property is next to Belmont Park and within 50 feet of restaurants and is near retail stores with all types of rental equipment (bikes, surf boards, jet skis, etc.), restaurants and retail stores. Rental properties immediately next to unit go for much more for similar square footage

I thought for the price it was a great value and very well maintained. It is close to everything, yet surprisingly not noisy. The views from the deck were great and the neighbors were alot of fun.

Robert was very helpful in answering questions that I had. I would definitely stay there again
