Description of the Barnstable vacation house rental
Beautiful and immaculate, newly remodeled (2005-2006) home. Features views of three acre cranberry bog, old barn. Views from every room in the house. Privately secluded on one acre with over a half acre of lawn. Many luxurious extras like solid oak floors, gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, large dinning and living room space. Fireplace in living room and master bedroom. Large shower and 6 foot double ended claw foot soaking tub in the Master Suite. Totally air conditioned home. Deck off living room and kitchen, barbecue. Three miles to the Sandy Neck Beach. Very close to Route 6A and old Cape Cod Architecture and surroundings. Very quiet and convenient location. Close to Barnstable Village. Full laundry facilities and an outdoor shower (with hot water!).

This lovely home is perfect for those who want to be away and private, but not so far as to be remote. The home features luxury accomodations and amenities. It is our cherished home and we hope that all who enjoy it treat it as such. Cape Cod is lovely all year 'round. In April, the peepers are active and loud at night; in May, the flowers are all blooming: July, watch the fireflies; in August, pick the blueberries and visit the beaches; September, enjoy the cool evenings with wine on the deck; October, enjoy all the autumn colors as the trees get ready for winter; and winter, cozy up with the fireplace and watch the snow fall from the coziness of the home around you. Pets are not allowed. Should you stay indoors, enjoy the amentities that include DVD, large flat screened TV, and several wonderful books. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, or barbecue on the gas grill right outside the kitchen door! Take a refreshing outdoor shower after a day at Sandy Neck beach!
