Come and enjoy our new cottage, inside a gated community which consists of a recreation building, tennis and bocci court, 2 swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and an extra large Jacuzzi. At the entrance take a Trolley to any of the local beaches, shops, restaurants, or enjoy the view at Perkins Cove. There is so much to do in the Wells area. Morning activities could consists of bicycling, surfing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, golfing, or just sunbathing at the local beach less than a mile and a half away. Nightlife includes great restaurants, plays, cocktails, or a moonlit walk on the beach. We are close to the Rachel Carson Natural Estuary Preserve.

Take a trolley ride at the entrance to any local beaches, shops, or restaurants. or if you feel energetic, take a walk on one of our walking trails. There is so much to do in the Wells area surfing, kayaking, bicycling, fishing, golfing as well as mini-golfing and hiking. Nightlife includes great restaurants and cocktails or long walks on moonlit beaches. We are close to the Rachel Carson Natural Estuary Preserve.
