Larger than average secluded villa on Links Golf course estate not overlooked at rear. Solar heated private screened pool (electric heating for small extra cost) . In pool lighting for evening swims temperatures in May to October can be in the 90's. Large 'lanai' with table and chairs and loungers for a quiet evening drink and snacks after a hectic day out.. Fully air-conditioned (new May 2010). Fully equipped kitchen, family room and breakfast nook also a dining room/quiet lounge. A separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and board, etc. Some rooms have sliding patio doors leading to pool area. Local shops within walking distance, Publix, restaurants, hairdressers, Wendy's, Walgreen's and gas stations 5 minutes from villa. Mall and other shops not too far.

Child's small bed, crib and buggy available.

3 bed 3.5 villa with King, Queen & twin beds. All with own bathrooms. Ceiling fans in all rooms.New roof Dec 2011. New washer August 2012.

Hudson is an ideal location for golfers, anglers, beach bums and shopaholics. Situated on The Links Golf Course. Most beaches are equipped with barbecues, toilets showers and shaded picnic areas. Hudson Beach has many eating places and fantastic sunsets. Not too far to Tampa and all its amenities i.e museums, art galleries, zoo, water park and Bush Gardens.Aquarium etc Fishing is very popular. . Around 90 minutes from Disney and all attractions.There are twelve golf courses within a short drive. Close to US 19. A large recreation area is close by for all sports plus marked out walks for exercise.

If you want to savor Florida the way it was, and the way it should always be - natural, peaceful & filled with opportunities for exploration visit Hudson - Pasco County. Many shops & restaurants close by.

As my stay at your Hudson villa FL comes to an end, I'd like to express my appreciation for the use of it the past three weeks. My visit and your villa were perfect - all that I could ask for.
I loved the layout of the villa. Every day I discovered something new and delightful. Everything worked and was easy and intuitive to use. I was able to accomplish most I'd planned on doing. It was a very pleasant and relaxing time.
