Casa Frances offers a fantastic family holiday to soak up the sun and explore this unspoilt area of Italy. The child friendly, fully enclosed private garden faces towards the Adriatic coast offering breathtaking views of rolling countryside which can be enjoyed from the shade beneath the fruit trees, or in the italian sun. Enjoy the Built in BBQ, or just relax on the hammock and stroll up the road for an evening meal at the local restaurant. Casa Frances is just 10 minutes walk from the local bakery, shop and restaurant in the small local town. Just 10 min drive away is the beautiful medieval hilltop town of Cingoli, with more restaurants and supermarkets, butchers etc. and 40 minutes drive from Ancona airport or the beach. Enjoy the wine, local cuisine, art and architecture, the unique Caves of Frassassi and the superb unspoilt countryside, or just sit back and enjoy your own private, tranquil surroundings. Rolling countryside right up to the coast. The Sea is visible on a typical summer day. The areas tranquillity is disturbed only by birdsong and the occasional passing tractor!

  • Changeover day is Saturday although we are as flexible as our bookings allow!
  • We request a £200 refundable security deposit which is returned to you two weeks after your stay.
  • One third of the rent is payable on booking and the remainder is payable two months before your stay. We send out an information pack and keys 1 month prior to your departure.

A true taste of Italy

Stunning house, superb surroundings, breathtaking views, Amazing attractions - I'm running out of superlatives! Our Families had a wonderful stay, the younger kids were safe and the older kids were entertained - particularly enjoyed The home cooking experience with Rita and Marcello!! Molto Grazie

Stunning relaxing haven

Casa Frances totally exceeded my expectations - the area is gorgeous, the views from the house are stunning and the house itself is beautifully maintained.

There's lots to do close by - swimming in the lake at Cingoli was a particular highlight - although we found that we were happy to relax in the garden and enjoy the BBQ and the games from the garage most of the time.

I'd recommend it to anyone.

Gorgeous house, gorgeous scenery, gorgeous weather

I absolutely loved my stay here.
We went as a large group of friends for my sister's 30th Birthday and we found the house spacious and accomodating. It had everything we needed.
The local village was quiet and unspoiled, and the local Pizzeria was really friendly and lovely (and put up with us being very loud and not speaking a word of Italian! How rude).
I loved the fact the whole area is so un-touristy.
We went in May and it was absolutely BOILING weather.
We went to the local lake which was lovely too, with stunning scenery.
I would really recommend this house for anyone wanting to get away to somewhere really rural and peaceful. The house is very big though, so you would probably want to go in a group of more than 2! (The more the merrier).
Also - beware the hairpin bends! Especially when getting to grips with a hire car...!
Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Perfect relaxing venue for a birthday weekend

Lovely couple of days spent in a very nice, secluded farmhouse. Very friendly village nearby and town 5 mins away. Stunning views, stunning weather.

The real Italy

"It is impossible not to relax at Casa Frances, and you feel like you've stepped back in time in the part of the world. We have enjoyed every sun drenched moment."

Many family's have also enjoyed our traditional "housewife" cooking experience where we visit you and serve traditional food from Le Marche cooked and prepared in the kitchen of Casa Frances.
