Well maintained and tastefully decorated house located in Eastham on beautiful Cape Cod is within bike ridding distance to the ocean. This one story well ventilated house borders the shore preserve with its bike and nature trails. It has a well stocked large kitchen that opens to a large wrap around private deck and fully fenced in yard equipped with gas grill and patio furniture. There are ceiling fans throughout. Two queen beds and two twin beds plus two futons and ping pong table in finished basement. Has enclosed outdoor shower, beach chairs, dishwasher, washer, clothes dryer, microwave, three cable color TVs (one flat screen wall mounted), VCR ,DVD, CD, stereo, clock radio, and local telephone service. Only ten minute drive to bay beaches and the famous Beachcomber beach as well as shops and restaurants and the notorious Wellfleet Drive-in. This is a non smoking and is pet challenged home.

My family had a wonderful week in Eastham. The house is well-stocked and well-maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is just beyond the backyard. There is so much to do within the area. It is jam packed with restaurants, shopping, beaches and all sorts of outdoor entertainment. We are looking forward to going back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
