Built 2006. Luxury 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, Air Conditioned Villa, with private screened pool and games room and Wireless Internet Access. Lake Wilson Preserve, is a picturesque, Mediterranean style enclave of just 96 luxury villas with on site management. Located just a short distance from Highway 192 and Interstate 4 (3 mins) many of the worlds best theme parks are close by, with Disney just 10 minutes away, Sea World 20 minutes and Universal Studios under 25 minutes. Lake Wilson also neighbors the recreational golf facilities at up-market Reunion and Champions-Gate Golfing complex. Only a few minutes away you will find a supermarket, hairdresser, McDonald's, 24 hour drugstores, restaurants ( Chinese/Italian) and bank. Just 10 minutes to Highway 192 with its many shopping and restaurant facilities. International Drive is easily accessible via the I4, with a 20 minute drive giving access to many more restaurants, discount shops.

    Special Snowbird Rates are available for rentals of a minimum of one month (January – April) upon request.

Golf: Junction 58 of Interstate 4 is also the entrance to Champions Gate Golf Club, home to two unique 18-hole championship courses that remain in tournament-playing condition all year round and are regarded as one of the top courses, not only in Florida, but in the United States. The Championship Course was designed for a PGA Tournament Event. As well as providing courses that challenge all skill levels, Celebration also targets the junior golfer with the Celebration Golf Academy which specializes in junior clinics and a challenging 3-hole Junior course.

We rented the house for a week. It was a wonderful house. There was everything you needed and more. Our kids loved the game room and pool. We would highly recommend this house to anyone going to Florida. The house was very clean and open. The owner's provided all the extras. Board games, books, every kitchen appliance needed, a directory of area attractions, restaurants, and businesses. We had a great vacation and hope to return soon and rent this house again!

We had a great time at your villa earlier in the month, November 28 - December 7. It is a lovely place and perfectly met the needs of our family. Our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool. It was so convenient to Disney, Epcot, and Universal. We appreciate you letting us rent it for the extra two days on such late notice. It really helped us out.

Hopefully, we will be going to Orlando again in the next couple of years and will contact you again about your villa.

The property was certainly as described and I would recommend this villa to anyone that is considering an Orlando holiday. The property was very clean and all amenities worked.
The location was perfect for us in everyway, we were able to get to all and any of the parks we wanted to go to quickly and without any real effort.
I would like to thank Tim and Helen for letting us use their villa for our holiday.

Owner's Response: Thank you - for our future guests the opening of the new toll road 429 - 3 minutes away from our home also provides a fast quiet access route to the Disney area. Still approximately 15 mins away but much less traffic than the I4 or busy 192.

We stayed in this home for 8 nights in end August / first week of September. We all had a wonderful time. It was perfect for our needs as kid’s rooms and master bedroom was upstairs and 2nd bedroom was at the main level for my in-laws.

The home was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The swimming pool and game room was great. In fact we changed our plans and decided to spend one day at home to enjoy the game room, pool and downtown disney( 10 min). We are so glad we did that.
For us - WiFi was a great help and Xbox was add on.

It is worth mentioning - All the attractions were minutes away. We also loved having the shopping center and nice dining close by. We hope very much to come back to the Villa in the future and also recommend to other families.

Thanks Tim and Helen for offering this property for vacation rental. Overall it was a great stay for us at a fair deal.

We had a fantastic two week break in this villa. It is in a perfect location for all the disney parks and other attractions. The home is very comfortable. We visited with eight, from two families and found we had loads of room. The pool is lovely and the games room is an added plus. We will be booking again next year.

It is only a short distance to the supermarket and also there are lots of lovely restaurants round about.

The villa was clean and the management company good during ouir stay. I would definately recommend this home from home to anyone.
